Pegasus Construction, llcSteve Smith founded pegasus construction in 2003. Steve has over 25 years of construction experience in a wide range of construction in the u.s. and in england. He has developed an 112 acre subdivision. He was the division manager, head of purchasing and construction for a california company starting up in texas. Steve is a decorated veteran who served with the British Military.Chris McQuinn has been a partner in Pegasus Construction since 2007 and serves as the construction manager. Chris has over 12 years of experience in a wide range of construction. He worked his way up to a project manager position for a local home builder where he was in charge of the sales and construction of 5 subdivisions. He served in the Texas Army National Guard for 10 years. He was deployed for the space shuttle columbia recovery mission and commanded an armor company during combat and support operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III.
